First-Time Login to Your ProStocks Trading Account
Welcome to ProStocks! Follow the steps below to log in to your trading account for the first time using the mobile app, web platform, or desktop application:
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Open the ProStocks Star app or website login page.
- Click on “Forgot Password”.
- Enter the following details:
- User ID
- PAN
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Click on “Unblock & Reset”.
- A Temporary Password will be sent to your registered email address.
- Use this password to log in to your Trading account.
- Once logged in, you'll be prompted to set your own unique password.
Note: During your first login, you will need to enter your Client Code, Password, and OTP. Once logged in, we recommend enabling TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) to avoid requesting OTPs every time you log in.
