Fund withdrawals from your trading account

You can place a fund withdrawal request by using following ways.

  • Using Back Office Application

    We always advise clients to submit a payout request from Back-office payout request menu. The advantage here is that you will see three Balance

    • Balance due today
    • Balance due day after
    • Balance due day after tomorrow.

    You need to submit a request for the balance due today minus all future debits. This way you will always know how much is due today and you will get.

    Trading Application will show you margin available from the view that you can buy if you wish to and not from the point of the amount due for withdrawal.

  • Using Trading Mobile Application

All fund payout request received up to 3 pm on working day (Monday to Friday) are processed at 7 PM Monday to Friday and funds are credited to your Primary Bank Account by end of next working day.

Withdrawal requests can only be placed online, and may take up to 24 hours to be credited to your bank account.

All withdrawal requests placed after the above stipulated times will be processed on the next working day.

Fund withdrawals are completely free and are credited only to your primary bank account.
