About the Company
LG Electronics India Ltd is a subsidiary of LG Electronics, South Korea — one of the world’s largest consumer goods conglomerates. In India, the company operates across both B2B and B2C segments with key businesses in home appliances, air solutions, and home entertainment products.
It runs two major manufacturing units and distributes products through a network of over 30,487 sub-dealers across India. LG also provides strong after-sales support, which has helped it maintain leadership across several product categories.
The IPO is a complete Offer for Sale (OFS) by the South Korean parent, LG Electronics Inc. There will be no fresh issue component. The proceeds from the OFS will go to the parent company, and the IPO will help increase the public shareholding in LG Electronics India Ltd.
